Spacious double room in Headingley!

Lovely double room in large 3 bed house Headingley!

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy, which is until 25 September 2025.

The house has an entrance hallway with a large living room, dining room and separate kitchen. There is a separate toilet and the bathroom has a bath and shower.

The bedroom is large and gets the sun all throughout the day. Bed, bedside table, 2 big chests of drawers and an open built in clothes rail so PLENTY of storage! There's shelving and a full length mirror in the room too.

The house is considerably bigger than a lot of other 3 bed houses you will find! There is a small patio on the back, perfect for enjoying on a summers day. The 2 current housemates are both professionals and enjoy time alone but also dabble in the odd games night together here and there. Really easy going housemates, clean and tidy!

Looking for someone who shares similar interests, professional or mature student ideally please.

I am very flexible with a moving out date, but ideally looking to leave the end of January/early February.

£570 per month plus bills and council tax.

Out of the hustle and bustle of headingley on a quiet street, neighbours are professionals/families. Short walk away from the headingley high street with ample coffee shops, bars, restaurants to enjoy.

Literally a 5 minute walk to burley park train station so easy access into the city centre. Bus stop into town also only a 5 minute walk away.
