Room Takeover

I'm looking to leave this property as soon as possible due to career reasons, and need a replacement to take over my position in the property. The room will be available for takeover from the 10th of March 2026 to the 9th of July 2026.

I will need minimum 1 month notice prior to the beginning of your intended stay here (for example, if you wanted the room from the 3rd of April 2026 onwards, I'd need to know on the 3rd of March 2026), this is due to the time that the assignment process takes.

The room itself is on the 1st floor, spacious (2nd biggest one in the house), confortable and it's the closest one to the bathroom.

The kitchen and the living room are large and confortable, and the living room features a smart TV with great image quality.

It's a great house overall, and I'm sure you'll enjoy living here!
