Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking for 1 housemate to join us in a gorgeous 3-bed flat just a short walk from Burley Park train station. We need to move in July 1st so looking for someone ASAP!

**About the house:**
All on the first floor, the rooms are spacious and well lit, with a modern kitchen and cosy sitting room both offering good views of Headingley, and with plenty of storage room. The available bedroom is a double, closest to the common areas, and comes fully furnished.

**Location is brilliant** - Well within Headingley, by the stadium, with easy access to Leeds city center, perfect for commuting. Great transport links all around.

**About us:**
I’m an architecture designer working full-time and my boyfriend just finished his Masters. We’re both mid-20s, pretty chilled but sociable - we like having mates over on weekends but nothing too crazy. We keep regular hours during the week and are generally tidy, respectful people.

**What we’re looking for:**
Someone professional (the letting agent needs either a UK guarantor or 6+ months full-time work), clean, and up for being part of a friendly household. Ideally someone in their 20s or early 30s who gets the balance between having your own space and enjoying good company.
