We're ideally looking for someone who needs a place to stay in Leeds for a couple of nights a week — though we’re open to up to five nights if it suits both sides. Rent will be based on how many nights you stay. For example, if you're here two nights a week, the rent would be £60 for that week (bills included). A £150 deposit will be required, regardless of how many nights a week you stay.

We’ve recently had our first baby, so you’ll need to be comfortable living in a home with a little one! While things can be a bit more hectic these days, we still take pride in keeping our home clean and tidy, and we’d expect the same from you. If you know you’re someone who tends to be quite messy, this probably isn’t the right fit. It’s also worth mentioning that we have a very friendly cat.

The house is a lovely townhouse located between Meanwood and Headingley. Headingley is just over a five-minute walk away, with regular buses into the city centre. In the other direction, Meanwood is also around five minutes on foot, with a Waitrose, Aldi, and a great selection of pubs, bars, and restaurants. There is free parking on the street outside the house.

The room available is a spacious double at the top of the house, with lovely views over the large back garden. Shared areas include a newly renovated kitchen, a large living room, and three toilets — one of which has a bath and shower.

When you're not staying here — at a minimum, on weekends — we may occasionally offer the room to visiting friends or family. With that in mind, we’d ask that you tidy your things away at the end of each stay so the room is ready to be used.

Finally, we’d ask for one month’s notice if you decide to move on, and we’ll do the same from our side. We’d also like to begin with a one-month trial period, just to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone.
