The house was rented as unfurnished, so the bedroom currently has no furniture, but the landlord is happy to provide a bed and mattress if needed. The rest of the furniture in the house is mine or the current housemate's.
I am fairly sociable, have various projects on the go, and I am out a few evenings a week. I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate, and wants a fairly quiet house to recharge in! I like hanging out over a cuppa, but I also respect people’s space.
