Friendly houseshare in headingley/meanwood :)

We have a room available in our houseshare located in a lovely spot overlooking meanwood valley. It's about a 10 minute walk to the meanwood shops and 10 minutes walk into the centre of headingley and right on woodhouse ridge which is a great green space so pretty stoked to have it on our doorstep.

The house is big with a great sized living room. There's also a spare room we are thinking of turning into a cosy extra space, and for hosting the occasional guest. We have a shared lawn and a back yard with a shed for bike storage.

You would be sharing with me (Ben) 23 starting a grad role as an environmental analyst. Another Ben 25, working as a Park Ranger and Mary 24, who is starting a grad role with coca cola. We all met on spare room and loved the house and location so decided to sign without a fourth person.

We'd love to have a social and comfortable houseshare and have lots of plans for the house, including hiding the red carpet with lots of rugs!
