Seeking a tenancy takeover for a room in Headingley. The flat is spread across 2 floors, with the first floor being the living/kitchen/dining area, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom. The second floor has this bedroom and one other. The room is incredibly spacious, with plenty of natural light, and comes with a desk, chest of drawers, and a small wardrobe/cupboard in the wall. The flat is shared with two other friendly girls who work part-time as waitresses. One is a full-time student at the University of Leeds and the other is doing a part-time masters. The tenancy is due to end 30th June but there is an opportunity to resign with the other flatmates at the end. It is a 5 minute walk from all the local amenities, Sainsburys, and plenty of bars and restaurants. There are excellent transport links, with a bus stop directly into Leeds a 5 minute walk and the train station a 15 minute walk away. The flat is suitable for either a professional or student. If you are a professional, you will need to split the council tax with another housemate at £60 each extra a month.
