We're looking for two postgraduate students to join our lovely house in Headingley for the upcoming academic year.
About the House:
- Spacious 9-bed house split over 3 floors.
- Top Floor: 3 bedrooms with their own kitchen, shower, and toilet.
- Middle Floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 showers, 1 toilet.
- Ground Floor: 2 bedrooms, a large shared kitchen (for the 6 non-top floor rooms), 2 toilets, a big lounge, and a huge garden.
- Bills are about £85 per person per month and include all utilities, broadband, and tv license.
The Available Rooms:
-One on the top floor (with access to the smaller shared kitchen).
-One on the middle floor (uses the main ground floor kitchen).
- Both rooms are spacious with double beds.
About Us:
We’re currently 5 PhD students and 2 masters students.
We’re tidy, respectful of each other’s space, and like a good mix of hard work and socialising. We enjoy the occasional party and hanging out together in the lounge or garden.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Ideally another PhD student – we'd love for you to stay long-term!
- Someone clean, sociable, and up for joining a fun but focused house.
Other Perks:
- Friendly and responsive landlord, who we deal with directly.
- Great location in Headingley with all the essentials nearby.
- Plenty of storage (including a basement) and parking available.
