I am a live in landlord having recently bought the house and will have a room with a double bed to rent from 1 November.
The house is situated in a great location (Headlingley/Meanwood border) with access to local shops, regular public transport to the city, and close access to Meanwood park.
I am a pretty busy with work (very rarely WFH) and training (keen runner/fairweather cyclist) so like to have a peaceful home to come back to. Also interested in health and fitness - the gut microbiome is a current fave.
The house is quite spacious for 2 people with 2 bathrooms but would be better for someone who doesn't WFH for the most part.
