I’m looking for someone to replace me for the rest of my tenancy (starting January 2026, end date 30 June 2026).

The house is in a great location, a quiet street with plenty of on-street parking. It’s a 4 minute walk from Burley Park and the Cardigan Road Co-op, and a 12 minute walk to central Headingley high street.

You’d be sharing with three other female young professionals, all fab girls aged 23-25.

The bedroom is a basement room but gets a lot of light so is really pleasant and bright. There is a bathroom in the next room which acts as somewhat of an en-suite. The living room and kitchen are well-sized and nicely decorated.

The rent is £586.61 per month which includes all bills other than council tax, (band C) which is £40 per month per person.
