The room is on the top floor it's super spacious and gets lots of natural light from the skylight. It comes with a desk, chest of draws, bookshelf and wardrobes.
House has wifi, a washer dryer machine, a large fridge freezer and shower bath. All bills are included in the rent including wifi and council tax.
Housemates are all professionals and have made the house feel like a home as it is beautifully decorated and all shared areas are kept clean. Housemates are super friendly but also happy for people to be in their own space.
The flat has free on street parking outside and is a 2 min walk from Headingley high street so great for public transport and going out for food / coffee.
I'm happy for the new tenant to take over my tenancy anytime between now and Jan 1st with Decembers rent for free.
