Double room, Tenancy Takeover

A double room with plenty of storage space available from December 1st! The room is on the middle floor of a friendly shared house.

The house has two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower), plus an extra toilet on the ground floor, where you’ll also find the washer and dryer. There’s a cozy living room with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a double sink and stove. The home also has central heating and comes fully furnished.

A cleaner comes every two weeks, so the common areas stay tidy and comfortable.

We’re in a super convenient area — Sainsbury’s and a 24/7 off-licence are just a 5-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop only 2 minutes from the house.

Everyone here is nice and easygoing. I’m only moving out because I’m relocating for work, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy until February (with potential to extend).
