A room in a lovely house in Headingley

Hi, I am looking for a lodger in my house on a lovely street near the Cottage Road cinema in close walking distance of Headingley and Meanwood Park. The room is available from 3rd December, is a double bedroom, and will come furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers (pictured empty as I am waiting for the furniture to arrive - but means you will have brand new furniture and mattress!)

I am looking for a female room-mate who works full time aged 25 or over. The house is a two bedroom with a shared bathroom, a garden, kitchen and spacious living room. It is situated on a lovely, quiet street with nearby pubs, cafes and a short walking distance to Headingley. It is also near a bus stop with a direct route into the City Centre.

To introduce myself, my name is Megan, I love music and play football in my spare time. I own the house so have newly decorated to make it into a warm, homely space and am looking for someone who will be clean and respectful. I’m a friendly, sociable person who loves to chat and am looking for someone with a similarly friendly vibe.

Bills are to be split evenly between us and are approximately £160 per month (including gas, electric, internet, water, tv license and council tax).

The room is available after 3rd December as this is when the furniture arrives. The only other thing to mention is that I will be getting a cat in the very near future so whoever moves in must be okay with another furry housemate!
