Spacious Double Room in Headingley!

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from January, in a professional only 4-bed house share :)
The contract is from January to June so perfect for anyone looking for a short term rental in Headingley.
The rent is £564.14 per month, bills included (excluding council tax) - pretty cheap for headingley !
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk, a smart TV and plenty of storage space. There is a shared bathroom and separate toilet, shared kitchen and a really cute living room - we also have a back garden which is perfect in the summer and we sometimes get the occasional cat visitor! We also have a driveway if you require car parking which fits 2 cars, only one other tenant currently uses it.
The house is located in central headingley and is across the road from a large Sainsbury’s local and multiple coffee shops, as well as being very close to bus stops. There are also newly built Headingley bike lanes that allow you to very easily cycle into the city centre.
This is a pretty quiet house too despite being so close to the main road, I’ve never had any noise issues when in my room and the other tenants are peaceful. It’s a very relaxed and friendly household!
