Our flatmate is relocating to London, so we're looking for someone to take over his tenancy in our Headingley Flat. Moving dates are flexible; the room is available between December 2025 - February 2026 (ideally: early January 2026).
The property sits just off Otley Road, giving you immediate access to great cafes, restaurants, pubs, and local food shops. The house is set back in its own quiet square, away from the main road, with two communal garden areas available for residents.
The flat is part of a large 19th-century Victorian style villa, full of character and charm. Inside you’ll find: A spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, one shared bathroom plus an additional separate toilet.
You will be in the lower-ground room, which is extremely spacious and private. The room comes furnished and has plenty of space for your own setup, desk, storage etc.
The room is £550 a month, with bills averaging approx. £200 which includes council tax, electricity, gas and wifi.
We're a friendly house who enjoy creating a homely atmosphere and would want someone who are looking to be part of a relaxed, sociable home rather than just renting a room. When you come for a viewing, it would be great if you could meet both of us (me and Reece) - whether that's for a quick chat or grabbing a coffee.
