The room comes furnished with a double bed, set of drawers, mirror and wardrobe. A shared bathroom and lovely shared living/kitchen/dining space. We also have a small outdoor table which looks over the front lawn which is fabulous in summer!
The flat is about a 10 min walk to Otley Rd, Sainsburys and restaurants in Headingley.
Bills approx 150 monthly. Street parking is available.
About me: I’m an Aussie living in Leeds, working full time. I work shift work in healthcare, so I’ll be in and out a bit. I enjoy a coffee/walk sitch and a sweetie treatie.
