I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy around the 15th December or in the new year if the 15th is too soon, after staying here since the 25th October 2023.

The property has a total of 10 bedrooms, large living room, large kitchen, dining room, utility room, ping pong room, conservatory, a south facing garden, all over 4 floors. Additionally, there are two bathrooms, a toilet, a shower room and two of the bedrooms have en suites. All the bills are included.

A cleaner visits once a fortnight to clean the communal areas.

The home has a driveway with plenty of car parking and a garage that can occupy another car.

This room is perfect for any WfH professionals as it has two desks built in and a huge amount of storage with built in wardrobes and two large storage areas on each side of the room, as well as a double bed. It shares a bathroom with 2 other people on the floor, and is at the top of the house so is very quiet and peaceful.

The home currently occupies 5 females and 5 males (including myself) Everyone is very social and the house does a lot together such as: pub trips, walks, games nights or meals out.

The property is a 2 minutes walk into Headingley where you will find plenty of amenities, such as: pubs, shops and restaurants. There is also good bus links into Leeds city centre, with more or less the only reliable bus route in Leeds on Otley Road, meaning you are only 10/15 mins away from the centre.
