Flat for rent

My house mate and I are moving out and need 2 people to take over our flat. It has one bathroom that includes a bath/shower, toilet and sink. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has a 3/4, both come with desk, bedside table, drawers and wardrobe. Plenty of space in the living room/ kitchen-sofa and chairs are included along with fridge, oven, washing machine and hob. Bills aren’t included but we used uni homes to set up ours and it was about £70 extra. We are students so we don’t pay council tax and are unsure of the band but we can find out from our letting agents if you aren’t a student.
