Tenancy takeover in Headingley

I’m subletting my large, fully furnished double bedroom in a lovely, comfortable home in Headingley. The room is bright and spacious, with plenty of room for a double bed, desk and storage, so it’s ideal if you like having space or work from home.

The house is homely, well looked after and relaxed, with a shared living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The garden is also huge and backs onto some beautiful allotments.

The location is brilliant: just off Otley Road in Headingley, with great cafés, shops and bars, plus excellent transport links into Leeds city centre and beyond.

I’m looking for a clean, considerate and reliable person to take the room. It would suit a professional or postgrad looking for a comfortable, easy place to settle into.
