I’m moving out of my apartment and need to find a lovely person for a tenancy takeover! The roomate Elena is in her 20’s, incredibly friendly and kind. She would also prefer a female roomate.

This modern 2 bed apartment features an open plan living room / kitchen, with two couches, a double door Juliet balcony, a full sized fridge freezer and microwave included. The bedrooms have large windows, huge floor to ceiling wardrobes and each have a large double bed. The bathroom is fully tiled, has a bath and has a large mirror with a shelf. The apartment has intercom access, a fob entry gate and a fob entry door to your block for extra safety!

The apartment is minuets from gorgeous restaurants, coffee shops and bars, my favourite being Rudy’s pizza. There is a 24 hour shop behind the apartment and with the estate agents infront you never have to worry! The landlady Laura is also incredibly kind and helpful, fixing any issues you have fast!

Available now! I’ve had to move for work reasons and will miss this apartment incredibly but hope to find a wonderful person to live here.
