I’m looking for someone to take over my lease until June 30th (renewing the contract after that is up to you) 🌺

I will be moving out next week but I’ve paid the rent for January, so you’d just need a deposit of one month’s rent, then rent is due on the first of every month.

This house is located just off Otley road so there are plenty of dining options, a gym, a sainsburys, and much more nearby. It’s a lovely house in a great location 🏡💞

It has two kitchens, three and a half bathrooms, and a laundry room!! All bills are included in the rent ☺️

Housemates are all women so another woman is preferred. They’re all very kind and chill people who love chatting over a meal or watching a film together.

This room is located right next to a bathroom that is shared with two other people.

There’s a cleaning service that cleans the common areas once a month.
