Tenancy takeover for cosy room

Hi I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Headingley, the house is a 4 bedroom detached property with a small garden. It is a nice out of the way part of Headingley if you prefer a quieter environment and lots of road parking. The room is lovely and cosy and has a huge desk perfect for gaming or just if you need lots of desk space. There is also plenty of room under the desk if you want to store things there as well. One of the walls in this bedroom is painted pink as well, perfect for those who love the colour pink. There are three bedrooms upstairs including mine, one guy and girl are also upstairs and the other guy is in the downstairs bedroom.
