2 bed flat on cardigan road

I’m looking for someone to take over both rooms in my lovely 2 bed flat! The flat has been recently renovated and is very bright and airy with high ceilings and large windows. Both bedrooms are fully furnished, shared bathroom, large open living space and kitchen. There is also free parking and it’s a 3 minute walk from burley station and the 19 bus stop is right outside the flat across the road. Bills are not included with the rent, we have done a bills inc package with uni homes for £162.90 but you can do bills on your own if preferred. I’m in the process of moving out so excuse the living room photo but it just shows how spacious it is! Available 1st Feb
