I’m moving to Germany so looking for someone to replace me in my house share - it’s a 6 bed house with 4 of us currently living here, a mixture of students and professionals and all female, they’re a lovely super friendly bunch! All very tidy
£500 pm all bills included - includes WiFi, council tax and TV licence
£200 deposit
The room is in the basement with its own ensuite with shower, there have never been any mold issues as there are 2 dehumidifiers and the radiator works perfectly.
Furniture included is the double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, bedside table and TV.
The living room has 3 sofas & large TV, and the kitchen has a large gas oven, 2 fridges, washing machine and dishwasher.
