We are a group of 4 (2 girls 2 boys) looking for someone to take over a tenancy. Has on street parking, and is walking distance away from a lot of places (train station, shops, pubs, etc). Cost is £130 a week including all bills (gas/electricity/water/broadband)

Due to there being a spare room that doesn’t need a tenant, there would be an option of two rooms to pick from.
