Looking for 3 people to move into a four bed house in Headingley, as I am staying whilst housemates are moving out. The rooms are available individually, so you don’t need to be part of an existing group.

The house doesn't feel too much in a student area as its on a quiet cul-de-sac directly opposite the Arndale Centre (never any otley runners on the road) , so everything you need is a short walk away: shops, cafés, bars, gyms, supermarkets and great transport links into the city. There is plenty of street parking, and the house has a driveway, too.

There are three rooms available are: the attic bedroom, plus two bedrooms on the middle floor with lots of built-in wardrobe storage. The rooms are available from 1st July, so I'm looking for people who’d be ready to move around then.

The house has a large living room, spacious kitchen and a huge garden, so there’s plenty of room to both socialise and have your own space. The patio doors make the social areas so bright and airy, which is a godsend in winter. The garden is one of the best parts of the house: really spacious, with outdoor furniture and two sofas, great for summer evenings, BBQs or the occasional fire. There’s also a spare room that could be used as a work-from-home space, depending on what everyone wants. The kitchen has 2 big fridge freezers so plenty of space. The house has Gas central heating and Double glazing throughout.

Ideally looking for a friendly, relaxed and respectful vibe in the house. It would be lovely to live with people who’d be up for the odd shared dinner, trip to the pub or making the most of the garden, but equally, everyone having their own routines and independence is cool too.

A bit about me: I work during the week, graduated from a fine arts degree a while back, and I still enjoy making and crafting things. I appreciate a calm, comfortable home. Always happy for a chat, but also respect people’s space.

Rent is £425 per month. Bills fluctuate as gas/electric are pay-as-you-go, but are never more than £100 per month and are often less. Council tax band D, so not much split between 4.
