Spacious double room in Headingly house

Hey! I'm looking for a female student to take over my room in a really nice 5-bed house on Headingly Mount for the 2026/2027 academic year. It's a replacement tenancy, so the house is already secured which makes things easier.
The rent is £595 per month with all bills included (gas, electric, water, and superfast WiFi), and the deposit is £250. The tenancy runs from the 1st July 2026 to the 1st June 2027.
The house has been recently renovated so it's modern, clean and easy to live in. All bedrooms are large doubles and fully furnished, and there are two modern bathrooms. There's also a spacious kitchen/living area which is great for socialising.
You'd be living with 4 friendly, sociable girls, so we're ideally looking for another girl to join and fit in with the house.
The location is ideal- right in Headingly, close the the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University, with shops, cafes and transport.
I am leaving because my plans for next year have changed.
