Room to rent in 3 bed flat in Headingley

Hello, my flatmate Ameilia and I are looking for someone to join us in our 3-bedroom flat in Headingley. Our flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend at the end of the month and we need someone to take over his tenancy in late June/July. £450 a month - bills not included.

The flat has a balcony with a really cute view. It’s a bright, relaxed space and the neighbours are lovely. We have a balcony which is nice to sit and eat / read on.

A bit about us:
Ameilia is 28 and works in the charity sector, and I’m 28 and a secondary school teacher. We’re both easygoing and sociable and looking for someone similar. We enjoy hanging out at home/ pub trips and walks, but also both have quite busy lives and can be out the flat a lot.
