Contract takeover - LS6 Headingley

We've got 1 bedroom free in a 3 bed flat. One of our friends had to drop out so we're looking for someone asap! We're both working full time but are open to students or professionals. We are both chill to live with, just like to keep the kitchen and bathroom tidy, that's about it. All bills included with the rent.

The flat's also very close to the pubs down Hyde park corner as well as Headingley in general. The bus also goes from just down the road.

This would be a contract takeover so a guarantor would be needed. The only requirement is they need to make over £25k a year, they don't need to own a house though.
