Friendly house for students doing post grads

If you're looking for a peaceful, friendly home for your postgrad studies in Leeds, this is the perfect house!

There are 6 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - so you're only sharing a bathroom with one other person - 3 of us are staying for a second year as the house is great, with a shared lounge, a large kitchen/diner and a patio..

We all enjoy each others' company and are also respectful of each others' space, and the shared spaces.

Bills are not included but are approx. £50 a month for each person.

The house is in a good location - regular bus service to Leeds Uni literally a minute from the front door, a ten minute walk to Leeds Beckett Headingley campus and a local train station five minutes away. Green space and woodlands at the top of the road. Bars, restaurants, sports centre and supermarkets only a short walk away.

The woman who manages the house lives locally and is very responsive to issues, ensuring that the house is in a good condition and a lovely place to live.

They always aim to ensure the house is rented to people who create a positive environment which is anti discriminatory and inclusive. .

The energy rating is D.
As all residents are full time students, they are exempt from council tax.
