Furnished room in cozy house in Meanwood sharing with 1 female, 1 male and 1 cat

Its about 3-4 miles from Leeds Centre and close to a good bus route, about a half mile from Headingley and about a mile from Chapel Allerton. Round the corner we have a Waitrose and an Aldi and tonnes of other shops, we have nice pubs and restaurants and just minutes from amazing Meanwood park.

The room is furnished and nicely decorated, it has a desk and floor to ceiling storage, I have Netflix, there’s on street parking if you have a car, space in the garage for a bike and a massive garden round the back.

What’s important is this place suits someone quiet, friendly and willing to pitch in with keeping the place nice for everyone :)
