My current flatmate has just bought her own place, so I am looking for a professional female to take over her room in a lovely, modern two bedroom flat in the heart of Headingley.
The double bedroom available is light and airy and comes fully furnished with a wardrobe and double bed. Located just next door to the bedroom is the main bathroom with a bath/shower combination. As the other bedroom is en suite the new flatmate would have full use of the bathroom to themself.
The flat is on the third floor in a secure, gated complex and is located just five minutes walk from the centre of Headingley offering easy access to Leeds city centre, the universities and the M62. The flat itself is modern in decor, whilst being homely and has a large, contemporary open-plan living room and kitchen area with washing machine, flat screen television and leather sofas.
There is free on-street parking outside the flat and the neighbours are very friendly and helpful. In addition, the landlord is fantastic and any issues are dealt with promptly.
Ideally, I am looking for someone aged between 26 and 30 who is friendly, easy going, clean and tidy. I work Monday to Friday in PR, so would like a flatmate with a similar lifestyle who likes to chill out in the week and socialise at the weekend.
