The house has 6 double bedrooms with 2 available. It is located in central Headingley just behind Arc right by the stadium, a 5/10 minute walk to Leeds met Headingley campus and links to bus routes (city) near by.

The house itself is modern with laminate flooring throughout the kitchen, hallway and living room. It has a washing machine, sofas and other furnishings that are being provided. It has a driveway out front with enough room for 3 cars as well as a small rear garden. All the bedrooms are good sizes with double beds and wardrobes. It also has 2 newly done-up bathrooms both with a bath, shower, toilet and sink. The house is semi-detached and in a great area.

There is already 4 of us moving into the 6 bedroom house starting on July 1st (3 girls, 1 boy). We are friendly, outgoing, easy to get along with, relaxed, sociable, fun and clean. We are looking for people of similar age and personalities. 3 of us currently study at leeds met whereas 1 studies at Leeds Uni.

The house is £79 ppw not including bills however we have been told they should be around £6/7 a week extra each making it an average of £85 ppw.
