House is through Springwell Easylet who don't charge a bond / deposit. A £60 one off administration fee is required, but this is incredible compared to some companies which ask for a deposit of £250+.
A wavering fee of about £2 is added to your rent each week, which covers any damage, meaning you do not have to pay any extra for damage and repairs.
Bills should be around £15 a week maximum. Speaking with the girls should confirm these costs.
