We are three girls who have an eye on this property and would like to find a fourth person who's a professional. We would all move in in September but pay Summer rent with a 50 % concession.

We have a variety of hobbies, two of us are Speech and Language Therapy Students, one is a French Assistant. We all love languages and do sports every now and then. We like it to be quiet during the week but enjoy socialising at weekends.

We visited it, it looks lovely and has a bike shed next to the front door. It's really close to Aldi, Waitrose, Alfred bar and all the other shops in Meanwood (5 min walk). There are lots of different buses to town centre (between 15 and 25 min. ride)
Rent:
220 bond is required
summer rent (if you don't move in) is 140 per month
the 315 ppm includes Council tax!!! Other bills are excluded.
