Double room with bathroom for professional female

Hi all

I'll jump right into it- I live behind the Headingley Carnegie stadium in a gated apartment block that is very private and surprisingly very quiet! Its walking distance (about 20 mins to either university). Burley train station is a 5-8 minute walk away and buses into the city centre are all very close by. My current flatmate is moving out at the end of August.

There is a double room available with a cupboard/set of drawers and a study desk and chair with your own bathroom and a parking space. Separate kitchen and then a living room/dining room area.

I am 25 and work as a dentist between hospitals and practice. I am a chilled out person, slightly reserved, clean, otherwise easy to get along with and respectful of others privacy. I'm very involved with my hockey club and gym. I love catching up for a chat over dinner as sometimes I may appear to be an absent housemate. I also love to bake so you will get spoiled! I don't drink alcohol so would prefer someone who respects that.
