House Mate Wanted For Double Room In Headingley

Double room available in headingley, close to stadium from the 31st of June. There is currently five of us living there 2 girls and 3 boys. We are all friendly, we enjoy going out but also enjoy staying in and watching films together ect. We will be happy to help out when it comes to sorting things out for you to move in as some of us live in leeds. We are looking for a friendly person who doesn't mind people coming in late on weekends and maybe the odd party. It's £70 a week including water so we will have to pay for our own gas and electric but only comes to around £10 a week. The house has 2 bathrooms, one for the girls and one for the boys that both have a bath and shower, we also have 4 toilets. Feel free to get in touch with any questions!
