4 Girls looking for 1/2 people to fill rooms £65pw

Hi we are 4 females ( 3 students and 1 working) looking to fill at least 1 room in a house on the border of Headingley / Hyde park
We have no preference as to male or female really :)

I have lived in the house before and it is a lovely spacious house with a brand new kitchen being fitted and a dishwasher / dryer
It would be priced at £65pw and possibly less if we were to fill two spaces

The reason for the ad is that our 5th member dropped out and we can not afford to live in it at the quoted price for 4 people which is £75pw. It is a 6 bed house so with 5 people there will always be a spare room.

There is also free summer rent so no rent needed to be paid until September
