Room with three girls- lovely house +tenants

Hi there, for personal reasons I'm moving out- it's nothing to do with the girls that already live here. The girls are lovely, which is why I'm trying to find the right person to fit in with them. They are all students and it's a student let so need a student to replace me ideally. Bills will be included from September at £5. 30 for everything - tv, wifi, gas, electricity and water.
The rooms are all fairly equal in size and fully furnished all with double beds, two toilets, a bath, washer/dryer big garden and big kitchen.
