The flat is within walking distance of the local amenities of both Headingley and Meanwood.
Currently occupied my myself & my fiancé who works away during the week most weeks but is home at weekends.
Room includes Double bed, side table, curtains, wardrobe, chest of drawers & desk. There is a house bathroom which is predominately solo use as there is an ensuite in the master. The flat is professionally cleaned every 2 weeks.
Looking for a professional to rent double bedroom. Non smoker. Room will be decorated when current tenant moves out.
