Spare room to rent in a 9 bed house

This large house is in the middle of Hyde park and Headingley on Richmond road, all bedrooms are spacious and it includes a large kitchen with dining room table, a large living room with TV and 4 sofas, 2 bathrooms one containing a bath, a patio and garden (front and back). We are 8 second year students so are looking for a tenant who likes to socialize. Rent wont need to be paid until the 22nd of September as this will have been paid for by the previous tenant, deposit is also negotiable. The room will be available to move into straight away.
