Kingsize room, nice part of headingley ALL BILLS

We have a room going at our place available from 1st november.

The house is in Headingley on chapel lane a quiet residential street. It is 200 yards away from Burley Park train station/co op supermarket and then about 5 minutes walk to the centre of Headingley for the bars etc.

The house is a large red brick terrace. Currently there are 2 male and 1 female professional who live there. Fred, James and Sarah. We all are keen sports enthusiasts enjoying food, films and a good TV series, and relaxing out in back garden with a BBQ when its sunny!

The house itself is set on 4 floors. It has a cellar with washing machine and storage space; the next floor comprises of a living room with 42inch TV and virgin broadband throughout. A kitchen dining area that is enormous, with a range cooker, smeg fridge, all looking out on to a lovely hidden back garden, with plenty of space for summer evenings and bbqs (we have a big American gas bbq).

The next floor is where the room is available. Including the room available there are 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bath facilities.

The bedroom advertised is a large room with a kingsize bed, large bay windows, bedside tables, and drawers. Outside the bedroom there cupboards for clothes storage. There is also a communal wet room with shower and toilet on the floor above. This room is without doubt a great space in the house and needs to be viewed to appreciate how great it is. I think it could be ideal for your needs.

It will cost £500 per month and includes all bills that come with the house. This therefore includes, gas, electricity, council tax, water and sky sports/Bt sports/broadband bills. There is no deposit required and ideally we would need a 6month stay. But if you like it and want to stay longer thats ideal.
