House is situated on a nicer road in the standard "student" houses situated in front of Carnegie stadium/Pavilion.
Huge corner bath in main bathroom, good sized living room with big comfy leather sofas, good sized kitchen. House has just been refurbished over summer and so everything is new and Rooms are fully furnished :) we do have a drive way so off road parking is available. We also have our own washing machine & a small patio type garden :)
Current housemates are myself and Amber, two 2nd year Leeds met students. Were very chilled and tidy and like chilled nights in as well as nights out.
Other housemate is Alex, a 3rd year Leeds Met student. Were all really friendly and just don't want the house to be half empty!
