Young Professional Looking for Flatmate

Hi there,

I have a room available in Meanwood right near Headingley, Leeds starting ASAP.

I'm a young male professional, 25, working Monday to Friday and travelling through some of my weekends looking for a housemate.

Parking is available and is included in the rent.

The flat is a 2-bedroom flat with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The flat is right nearby Waitrose and Asda along with a 3 minute walk to the bus stop to the city centre.

Rent-wise, the Rent includes water. Council Tax is roughly £60+ per month. Electricity, Internet and Gas not included but I can explain the monthly usage in person if needed.

Currently, the room for rent requires a bed which will be provided very quickly and sorted once things have been sorted. Choice of either Single or Double bed depending on preference and this will be included in the flat before you move in. Please come visit if you would like to see the room as it is now.

Professionals would be preferred over students. No pets allowed. Smokers are fine as long as it's outside.
