I was studying at Leeds Beckett university but no longer am and i'm trying to sell my room in order to be able to move back home. The room is a double bedroom in a house share with 7 other people, the house is all up to date and modern with all the bills included (GAS, WATER, ELECTRICITY, INTERNET) in the rent. There are also 3 bathrooms and the kitchen is a very decent size for everyone to be able to use. The house is a 10 minute walk away from Leeds Beckett university and a 5 minute car journey into the center where the other university and clubs etc are based. Also there is shops, pubs, supermarkets all in a 5 minute walking distance of the house.
