Bathroom recently redone. Wifi has already been set up by current occupants. New tenant would pay £10. 50/ month for internet. All other bills are divided among tenants.

The room:
Double room on the first floor. Fully furnished with double bed, desk and chair, and a dresser. Room also has a large, bright window, wall mounted shelves and a large walk in closet. Current occupant will leave bedside table, lamp and misc. other storage items if desired.
