A female wants to share a house with tidy female

Currently I live in Headingley area, but I want to move to different proper house or apartment.

I need a tidy/ organized girl who can live in the same house with me.

I am second year student filmmaking and most of the time I am at uni or work, that's why I will make sure that the house always stay clean.

The budget will be around £700 for a house, or maybe less then that, plus all of the bills on top of it.

The internet and car park space will be provided.

The sooner we will move, the better place we can get. I want to have somebody for a minimum 4-6 months.
