Pleasant student room in a good location

The house is in a desirable part of Headingley, just round the corner from The Arc and Sainsburys but far enough away to not be disturbed by the noise of nightlife. The house comes with a large shared living room, a dining table and comfortable sofas, shared kitchen facilities and a washing machine.

The bedroom is very pleasant, furnished with a double bed with a brand new mattress, a wardrobe, a desk and chair and in-built cupboard space.

The current tenants moved in in September and are all second year University Students, 3 at Leeds Beckett and 2 at the University of Leeds. Two are smokers, however they smoke outside and do not affect the house. The neighbours either side are very quiet, and the ones who share the drive are very polite and good at not blocking you in.
