Housemate wanted to replace dropout

The house (41 Thornville Road) has 5 good sized double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a shared communal space and a newly fitted modern kitchen for £75pppw. Its located about a 15 minute walk from The University of Leeds on the nice side of Hyde Park, and it's only a twenty minute walk to the bars & restaurants in central Headingly.

We've been living here since late September and we get a long really well but due to a family crisis one of our own has decided to permanently return to Canada.
