Double Bedroom in great house in Meanwood £350

We have a spare room in our brilliant super fun and friendly 4 bedroom house in Meanwood. It's got two bathrooms and newly refurbished to a really high standard!!

It's the nicest house in the row with loads of really nice period features (wooden stair case, period doors etc etc)

You would get one of the second floor rooms, with a nice wool carpet, and would get to live with Will, Kylie, Ian, and Lea. Will and Ian work in travel, Lea is a chilled illustration graduate and veggie, Kylie is a buying assistant who’s originally from Hong Kong (so there’s often lots of nice Chinese food floating around). We're aged between 23 and 37 and are really friendly sociable people. You would have a ready made social life (as much or as little of it as you wanted), Wednesday night seems to have become official pub quiz night (any help much appreciated as we're yet to win)... We all like a beer or a few a Friday night, but wouldn't say we're wild party animals, (although we do have the occasional house party). We also seem to have a Sunday evening dinner, so if you can cook that's a bonus!

We need a replacement for Laura who's moving back home to Spain on the 5 June.
We're looking for a student/young professional who will get on with us! If you think this is you then please get in touch...

The house is 3 minute walk from the bright lights of Meanwood (Alfreds bar and East of arcadia, along with numerous restaurants), and an extra minute takes you to the dizzying heights of Waitrose (although Aldi is a bit further if you're on a budget). There is also a bus stop about 5 metres from the front door for easy access into town, and 10 mins (quick) walk to Headingley!!

Rent is £350 per month + £75 for bills - so a total of £425 per month inc everything!

£425 deposit is required up front (no agency fees as it's my house, and I can't be doing with agencies).
